Bad Service

Horrible service i got from this company, My Wifi lost connection, first the only way to contact the techs department is via whatsapp chat and they freeze you aswell on that chat the replies are after 10-15 minutes and for two weeks now my wifi is still down. poor technical support service i have cancelled them
