Bad service

Being connected with Webafrica for almost 1 year now. service not good and all they do is say we will get a agent to contact you. i have logged so many service request as my internet is slow most of the time. they get it fixed and the very next day its back to poor. this has being going on for months. the company upgraded our speeds from 20 to 40 for three months during lockdown. they the asked after the free period if we want to stay on the 40 M speed at a cost. well i did not give them permission to keep me on that line speed, but i got billed for it. contacted them again to have my line speed back to 20 M as i did not want to keep the 40M line. why do i need the 40 M line if my upload speeds far exceeds my download speeds. so i am moving soon from them.
