Bad service

i have been trying to get support from webafrica to get my services activated without success, if you move home it is impossible to get service from them. you speak to a robot for days before you get to speak to a human. then you get to a human who also doesnt respond. agent Zimi came online but never assisted. i am absolutely disgusted by the way webafrica has assisted me this time. They blameshift as they say it is from MTN side that i need to be activated. it has been more than 48 hrs now and still no luck. They say they have escalated but nothing gets sorted. When you order a new service then things are done immediatly, when it gets to after sales service it is frustrating beyond believe
