Bad service

I have never been so disgusted by a company like this one.. they firstly **** and said they had coverage for fibre in my arrear and made me pay R299 for the router.. after delivering the router they all of a sudden told me my installation was cancelled because i never paid them the fee of which i had paid..after a whole month of a back and forth i told them to cancel the whole thing and come collect the router and refund me… another 2 months down the line i have not received my refund and im told everyday that my issue has been escalated to finance and feedback will be provided after 24 - 48 hours… i hope this company burns down with all its employees because they are all involved in this bullsh*£
