Bad Service

Extremely disappointed because line was installed on the 6th May, Till date we have never had the thing working which the installer advised he will come back and fix which has never happened as he keeps saying he is busy but the company has also been contacted and no assistance

Yet WE HAVE BEEN DEBITED for a service we not using, I want this cancelled now il find another service provider because this is clearly pointless
