Bad service

Again service suspended when iv been reaching out since begining of may to correct my billing. Then u want to credit me 100r for what? Your customer service agents are really pathetic, i must explain over and over same thing, they sjow no emphathy, they do not listen at all. Get the call recording that took place last month to me from ur agent, listen and ger back to me.
