Bad Service !!!!

We placed an order for fibre in Cape town. First off there was an incorrect order at another ISP blocking the order. Once this was resolved there was duplicate order logged by Webafrica. We have not received our services yet and we are completely NOT satitfied with the after sales service. It seems like Webafrica ONLY focuses on sales and not supporting clients afterwards.
