bad service

i have had many issues with webafrica as my fibre service provider but this time they have went overboard with making my life difficult i have reported a falt 6 days ago which is over 100hours already and their time frame is 72hours theres no direct contact besides the useless whatsapp line tomorrow is christmas and that means they can come after and almost month end when i will be expected to pay full premium even though i have lost a lot in work time and have bought a lot of data even though i have wifi they are very bad would not recommend them to anyone
