BAD SERVICE

I had to enter into an ISP contract with WEBAFRICA when I moved into a certain complex and my choices of ISP was totally restricted. Since day one I had line speed problems and an engineer had to visit the flat to sort my problems out. When I wanted to cancel my contract after 12 mths they told me I must give calendar month notice and my contract would end (31/04/2023) FUNNY What a joke!!!
