BAD SERVICE

I have asked Webafrica to install fibre in Oct 2022. They could not do it. They delivered a router and charged me R249. I have spoken to them to collect router and refund me. To date nothing has happened. No joy on their whatsapp chat or even when I phoned them. They are now billing me and collecting money from my bank.. without permission
