Bad service

They have cancelled our services without us even asking them, then they deduct the money from our account & still they cancel it. Now it's been 5 days of non stop fighting & pleading to please reconnect, they always have an excuse & nobody gets back to me. They blame evotel, but evotel never even got anything from them to reconnect. This is *****. How do you take someone's money & still cancel the services. Now because of all this, my son is getting behind on his classes. This is very unprofessional!!
