Bad service

On the 9 the June 2022 you router was returned because you advised that I do not have coverage.i advised your accounts that may I have my refund which was before the 9th and was advised customer service will be in contact with me regarding refund .today is the 22 June jo communication no refund .I want my money .you more than welcome to contact me on *** please revert back
