Bad service

Hope all is well.

Please assist.

On several occasions I have received letters from Web Africa for service NOT provided.

After explaining to them on several occasions that they never provided the service requested.

They still request funds from me although I paid them and never received a refund.

I requested uncapped wifi service from them. They delivered the router. Since I had the router after paying for the month there was. No internet service.

On numerous occasions I begged and pleaded for wifi connection there was nothing.

Now instead of apologizing the send me a lawyers demanding I must pay them.

Please find attachment of last communication with them.

That is before I started receiving lawyer letters.

And after I have already returned their router.
