Bad service

Last I reach out to Webafrica to cancel my account and they frustrated me. Firstly, I am not obligated to them anymore but they told me to pay a cancellation fee of R999 of which I do not have a contract with them. Additionally, they said I must return the router of which I was it's mine it's part of my account activation.
