Bad service

I'm currently experiencing a bad service from Webafrica, I paid R399 on the 20th March, and was promised that I will be connected for the next 30 days, when I woke up this morning my account has been debited again and it has only been 11 days after I made the payment...I spoke to their agent by the name of Mandisa who says that unfortunately I have to pay again.
