Bad service

I am going to make their name viral on social media with a bad rating... I spoke to an agent last week Thursday and he asked me to send proof of payment (which I did) it is now Monday and they have suspended my account. I am fuming right now... you can’t get hold of them and the agent takes forever to get back to you I have had enough of them and am going to broadcast bad karma Ron them
