Bad service

I app**** for their new Naked ADSL and cancelled my LTE package in March 2021. They now come back and say that it will cancel at the end of April 2021, Honestly don't see how as the LTE should have been cancelled by now. So now because I did not pay for April they have suspended my ADSL service as well which is paid for. This is absolutely the worst treatment I have ever received plus now I have no Internet connection. I would strongly not recommend them ever again.
