bad service

<div>the rooter and sim was delivered on Tuesday15/09. it is now Saturday 19/09 and nothing is happening. the light stays red. made many calls but no answer. chad on watts app on Friday ,was told by Carla ***** that it will be on at 18h00 on Friday 18/09. nothing happened.**** told me the service is still pending.can only contact them on Monday. your bad service is not first class ,it business class!&nbsp;</div>
