Bad service

At first they were good been with them for four years however service has gone completely down to none existing. Requested transfer more than 2 months ago but nothing only communication is you will be cancelled 30 November we then made another plan and now they debit us for their incompetence. Will never recommend them at all. This WhatsApp line is so badly managed. Wait for hours.
