Bad Service

So sad because they use to have amazing support, I recommended them multiple times but now you can't call in and the whatsapp service takes over an hour to connect you to an agent, when you are finally connected they send you to another agent where you session eventually times out, you then have to start again. Not to even mention that I have been charged for a 200mb line for 6 months but have never gone over 100mb
