Bad service

I have been logging calls for over a week ago regarding my fiber. You are my service provider and I have to work through you. My Vumatel point does not have a light, apparently, it does not have power and that is why it's not working. This needs to be fixed urgently - how long can this take? Ref nr ISP/10****6
