Bad Service

Webafrica debited me for a higher package, making me R300 out of pocket. After a week of them saying that I signed up for this package and me sending them screenshots of their info on my profile, they have finally said that a refund will take about 2 months. So, I have to wait for 3 months and hope that I will eventually get a refund. They don't have phone or email communications. You only communicate through their watsapp which is never helpful as you speak to a BOT. An idiot of a bot too.
