Bad service

Webafrica is the worst service provider. I signed up 3 years ago on month to month base. After 3 years of bad service i have yet another problem. After double febit they CANNOT FIND THE DOUBLE PAYMENT. I am on 75/75 mbps but it seldomly runs on 70 and 2 to 4 times a day i get the message "connected but no internet service" Now i try to end the service and they want R999 cancellation fee, allthough there is no contract.
