Bad service

My sister paid R429 to activate her wifi on the 4th July 2025. A few days later it was not activated and she was told she paid R10 short. If you pay by PEP, you must pay R439. She was told that her money was going to be refunded, and it will take 5 days to clear. That was before the middle of July. Last week she was told that her wifi is going to be activated, which still did not happen. On Monday again she was told that she is going to be refunded, and it will take 10-15 days for the refund. She has been waiting for a month already for the refund. This is not goof business
