Bad service

Webafrica is the worst of the worst when it comes to service. The do not have a number you can contact them on, only whatsapp. I have been waiting since 09:24 for their "bot" to answer me. It is now 16:25 and still no reply. They sending me a notification regarding payment when payment was done on 24/07/2024 already and then I get no answer. If I get disconnected because of their incompetence I will really take it further than this.
