Bad service

Fiber installed on 30th of April by Vumatel and received router from WebAfrica on 8th May. "Plug and Play" router not working and spend 8 hours with WebAfrica and Vumatel on the line to resolve the problem, that is still unresolved!!!!

Issue is being 'tossed' between two companies without resolving the issue. Leaving it to a non IT educated person to resolve there issues. (that would be the pauing customer)
