Bad service

My WiFi has not been working since Friday 6th October. It has a flashing red light and was reported Monday 9th October today is the 11th they promised to fix the faulty problem within 48 hours. I still don't have wifi they keep on sending smses that the team is buzy with the problem. This is frustrating and wish to warn you people about their bad service.
