Bad service

From holding the line for 10 mins in order to speak to a consultant , no reply on their WhatsApp "LIVE CHAT" , unanswered emails for a month to being told that you are still billed for months where you do not require service on a "month to month contract" we all chose these contracts for different reasons, be it travel or lack of a consistent income stream.. I am appalled by the poor service and will not recommend these guys to anyone!! If I could give zero star rating here I would!! Shame on you Web Africa!! As I am writing this review I have been on hold to speak to a supervisor for the past 15 minutes. Oh!! they are all busy, who would have guessed...
