bad service

I have being with Web Africa for over 5 years. The services I received from them this month is pathetic. Its being over a month that my fiber line has being on and off. Every single day I am messaging them, but off no assistance. This is now one of the worst service providers. But yet there no compensation ,nothing of that sort.
