Bad service.

I was without Internet the whole day and I could not get any assistance. Instead I had to speak to a Robot that doesn't know anything. No Technicians available on the call center. This is so inconveniencing big time. I had to re schedule a meeting because I could not get assistance. But the funny part is that when you miss a payment date, you just get disconnected. The service is terrible. Well, there isnt anyway.
