Bad service

On the 1 of August 2024, my wifi was disconnected because I did not pay for July, I'm also surprised cause on the 26 of June they deducted the amount of R2122.74 from my account. I decided to log in to their account to see how much should I pay for my sim to be disconnected they said I should pay R649 and I paid it after I made the payment they said to me my sim was blocked and I needed to pay 249 to get the new sim, I asked them why did they allow me at first to pay R649 if my sim already blocked, they keep transferring me in different departments with no solutions.
