Bad Service

This company is definitely the worst I have been with. People shoot down Rain but at least they are accountable and downtime is shorter. Expect days of downtime with meaningless chats with agents on WhatsApp who will respond with auto generated responses. Bad customer service. If we had a zero rating i would give exactly that.
