Bad service

Your service consultants are utterly rude, no sense of urgency. I spoke to a fortunate and she has no sincerity. After being provided with a payment link for eft with no explanation im being informed they dnt accept eft. Why was the option provided if it will not be accepted for no reason. The consultants need to be taken for TCF as they lack service training.
