Bad service

I was told over the phone that I would have fibre installed within 2 weeks. That night I received a whatsapp message that my area is not live yet and it will take around 3 months. This is after the consultant confirmed my area is good to go and I already gave my particulars. Whenever I try and communicate to a consultant on the whatsapp group it just sends a message back that my area is not live yet. I can't get through on their phones as I spend 30 mins on the line with no success
