Bad service

Been trying through our service provider to get vumatel to do an installation after moving and it has been two weeks and still no contact. We cannot even get a time or date that they are going to contact us. This service is disgusting. I am dependant on my internet connection to work. Also tried to get a contact number for them to contact them directly and not through the service provider and told that this is not possible. Could Someone in Vumatel take accountability for the service they are providing and fix it. Your lack of service has an impact on our life
