BAD SERVICE

I'm so FRUSTRATED with Webafrica, sent correct details through for new instalation but they logged a reconnect requested. Informed them that it's a new request but now my order is canceled as Octotel just informed me a few minutes ago. ORDER PLACED ON 26TH OCT, ITS 11 NOV. They informed me of their time frame of instalation, which I understood but now my order is CANCELLED because of their mistake.
