Bad service.

I ordered a fibre installation from WebAfrica since November the 21st 2023… Up until now I haven’t had my fibre installed. Every single time I call them an tell them my name. They hang up the phone. They even deducted money from my account an when I try to call them they just hang up on me. I’ve been trying to call them since they promised me that they’ll install the fibre before end of November an now it’s December already.

This people they groocks.. They took my money an now they hang up on me. They really bad honestly.

I’d never advise anyone to go to them. Rather go to other people for fibre services.
