Bad service

I'm not happy with the service I got from you guys ,I made a payment on the 25 March 2023 for a WiFi new installation for Vumatel till today It hasn't been installed and the webafrica agents are not helping telling me that they can't tell what's the delay l. All that I'm getting is that I need to make a payment I don't know what payment I should make because I've paid already .I'm a frustrated client right now
