Bad service

My name is Oupa, I wish they had 0 when it comes to rating them. On the 1st of October I paid them so they could install my fibre they came and it was working. Two days after it got cancelled for what I don’t know when I tired calling them they can’t even help me I been waiting for almost two hours on the phone just to get help. I left rain thinking that I will get better service from them but I truly regret what I did am so ****ed. 08-10-2021Once again today am not even getting helped the affect that I have to drive to a coffee shop and use the free internet so I can submit my work does not matter to them.. when calling the sales department the is no waiting period but the help department you wait for almost 2 hours to get helped I even want to cancel my installation with them still I can’t even go though the cancellation department
