Bad service

On a month to month contract, decided to cancel the plan as there is always network problems and the line being down, it's costing me more to buy data as a result. Upon cancelation they now requesting an early cancelation fee. This makes absolutely no sense, as it's month to month contact. Tired to speak to someone regarding this and noone can help. They call centre moves you from pillar to post with no resolution. Really unacceptable service. Don't advise anyone to utilise the service.
