Bad Service

I cancelled my internet last month on the 6th of June. I received confimation of cancelation. However was billed again this month, the excuse. calander month notice. even though i pay upfront and gave calender month. They dont allow you to call. so you wait forever to chat to someone on Whatsapp. I get the same evertime. i need to pay one more month.
