Bad Service

I am very disappointed with Webafrica's customer services. My internet has been down since yesterday around 13h00 and have been trying to get get hold of them on their Whatapp since then unsuccessfully. All I get is that they will get back to me in a minute I need the Internet to do my work and have not been able to since midday yesterday. And lt looks like I am not going to this weekend as well.

The mistake I made was to send a message to ask for an upgrade because that's when things went wrong.

This is not the first time trying to get hold of them on their Whatapp and being unsuccessfully.

I think it's time I looked for another Internet provider.
