Bad service

I will NEVER recommended web africa to anyone. We asked several times to PLEASE help change our debit order date, but they refuse. They said they only debit on the 1st of every month, so we asked them for their bank details, they reply saying that there's no bank details. How does a company not have bank details?! Now they want us to pay for outstanding amounts for services we no longer have. So now all of a sudden there's bank details. This is really ridiculous.
