Bad Service

It's been five days without internet connection, and the LOS has been down. Today I was billed and I am not getting the internet service. When I was busy quering the issue for the past few days, I'm being told I have to pay R999, even today I have been quering and two hours later, still waiting to be connected to an agent. I want to cancel services, as no one is assisting, yet I am a paying client..
