Bad Service

i placed an order for fibre with webafrica in May already . i only got a router delivered , it is the 3rd month now and it still has not be installed. I have made numerous follow ups and still nobody bothers to actually provide any constructive feedback or give me any update for that matter regarding my installation but they sent me a billing INVOICE of R927.00 for a service that i don't even have. your consultants tell me the same thing over and over again, month in month out. Your service is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
