Bad service

Very bad service. No contact number only whats app. I requested a cancelation . Webafrica offered me a price match, I was going to switch to AFRIHOST, my package with Webafrica was R759,AFRIHOST was R499. They agreed to R497 as of 1 April. They deducted R699 because they got no record of my request or their offer yet it's all recorded. I'm a pensioner, I could no longer afford the R759 that is the reason for my cancelation. I'm stuck now because I cannot get anyone to answer me. Terribly disappointed, frustrated.
