Bad service

My internet has been down since Thursday night. I have been chatting with their useless and clueless agents on WhatsApp until today and still no solution. They blamed Vumatel who came today and proved their fibre was up and running. I am now paying for a service that doesn't work and incurring cost of buying data. They don't even have a direct line where you can chat to a technical person to try and assist. This ISP is just ******* and I would not recommend them to anyone
