Bad service

I’ve been trying to get fiber installed for the past month. These people’s customer service sucks. I keep getting told that they sending my query to a manager and escalating it to this one and that one with no outcome or no feedback I am so ****ed off having wasted plenty of airtime calling and calling been transferred with no actual outcome.
