Bad service

I have signed up with Webafrica in the begin of July 2022 and still today, I have no internet. The live chat bot keeps on transferring you to new people that can't help you. And the ones that is willing to help are working in sales department and that is were it stops. I have tried numerous steps to get it sorted but still no joy from webafrica or vumatel..
