Bad Service

Worst service ever, I have had no internet for 2 weeks and their technicians can't seem to get smart enough to figure out what is wrong yet they want to hold me ransom of R1099 to cancel the service. They are basically forcing me to continue being a customer even though they can't provide the service. I honestly regret ever getting involved with this ISP.
